As you can see from the title, today´s task is to write about a topic that YOU DECIDE. It can be about music, your friends, a photograph you like, public health, your favourite movie, etc.

Dear all,

Following our discussion last session about education and prevention in your field, your task now is to write 5 different ways that may help educate individuals, families and the community.

Gender roles in health care

Dear all,

It has been interesting to read your blogs. Some people chose to write about the IPod, or other pieces of technology, while many decided to write about their future as a midwife. I´m happy too about the fact that you seem to feel more confident about writing comments on your friends' blogs.

This time, the idea is that you write about gener problems or issues in your career. You may approach the topic by answering the following questions:

What are the benefits for a man to be a midwife, what are the drawbacks?

Do you think gender issues also affect other health professionals?

What do you think you can do to reduce gender problems in your career?
